Ticket Terms

Each reservation is for exactly one guest and one Standard Pool Pass. The guest name submitted during reservation appears on the ticket and may be checked at entry.

Tickets are non-transferable unless Gemba Hotel & Resort gives written approval. Do not publish or share your QR code.

Entry is subject to successful payment verification, venue rules, security checks and pool-safety instructions.
